The commercial or financial data of a closed fiscal year are deleted after 10 years in accordance with legal regulations, unless longer retention periods are prescribed or are necessary for legitimate reasons. Shorter cancellation periods are applied in specific areas (e.g. in the event of prolonged inactivity from your part). If data are not affected by this, they are deleted when the purposes mentioned under 4. cease to apply. |

If you revoke your consent to data processing or object to the use of the data, this does not affect the legality of data processing until the time of receipt of the revocation or objection. In addition, you have a right to know what type of data we store about you (right to information). The provision of your data is voluntary and without consequences. |
